The last 4 years I work as the Executive CEO of Strauss Group - an international company operating in 11 countries and I decided to introduce the Enneagram to my colleagues and direct reports. I wanted everyone to have the opportunity to learn and use it for their growth as managers and human beings.

I met Osnat and was so impressed with the way she was working and coaching people that I asked her to lead a workshop with my team. I was amazed to see how Osnat manages to break all walls around her and easily create trust with people and a safe space for them to open up and cooperate.

It was such a success that we continued with a few more workshops with my team and after that she was asked by several colleagues to start coaching and teaching the teams in different countries around Europe.

In the meantime she held seminars with the teams in Serbia, Switzerland, Romania and Ukraine. Started with a general introduction to the Enneagram followed up with more in depth work with both teams and individuals.

We’ve explored dozens of systems for personal development and the Enneagram is the most effective process I’ve found to generate immediate impact with sustainable results.

It is so moving to see how people have learned to respect each other and how much they have learned to take the sensitivities of the different personalities into account  when working with each other. Thanks to this the atmosphere and climate in our company has improved considerably.

With the insights available through this system, my people see exactly what is happening and can immediately change their patterns of acting and reacting and make significant breakthroughs in their management style.

Osnat is advising me all the time on how to handle difficult situations and conflicts.

Above all I am grateful for what she provides to me and to my people.
